Secondary stakeholder
BG 81/2022, Soft Landings for Fit-Outs, written by Kieran Everett and James Gall and published by BSRIA in June 2022, defines a secondary stakeholder as: ‘Any party involved in the construction process who does not work for a company named in the contract or the subcontracts, for example the facilities team.’
